Pipe Burst in Southlake, TX

This entire home was affected by a busted pipe. The source of the issue was on the second floor and leaked down through the ceilings and onto the first floor. This type of damage is extremely stressful because it compromises the strength of the residential structure. The upstairs floors, first floor ceilings, walls and floors were all affected from this water damage. Our team extracted all of the excess standing water on all levels and placed over 100 pieces of equipment in order to properly dry the structure. Some demolition had to be performed since the circumstances were so severe. The before photo note the standing water.
