We bet you didn’t know that we are a Large Loss Response Team, so what does that mean exactly? It means that it doesn’t matter the size of the loss we are always ready to handle it. It’s a big deal to be a Large Loss Response team because it means that SERVPRO Corporate holds our teams to a higher level of standard than most. We have more equipment, higher certifications, and more experience with a greater eye for detail than your standard commercial loss response team. With these things we are able to handle bigger storm losses. For example, we had the opportunity to travel to Houston to help restore and clean up after Hurricane Harvey last year. We know how devastating a storm can be, and we approach every job with the same care and compassion whether it’s a small house or a 20,000 square foot warehouse.
